    Youth in grades 6-12 can bring homework, Bible quiz study, pressing questions for leaders, and of course, a friend or two. Utilize the study nook, play foosball or air hockey, take some time to enter into God’s presence at the prayer station, write a praise on the Praise Pallets, connect with leaders, peers and God’s word. Then there will be praise led by members of the group and a message. Close out the evening talking/praying with leaders, completing a little more homework, or hitting the gym. Unless other- wise indicated, we will meet in the youth room (C15-17).

    Special time of prayer in A1 for all ages to focus on the needs of the congregation, community, and world. World Prayer Team meets monthly to focus on specific needs in world missions.

    Children in K-5th grade will gather weekly and use a variety of curricula to learn how to live like Jesus. Clubs for all ages will start in the Children’s multipurpose room (D20/22) and then break into age-based groups.

    Our choir participates in the Sunday worship service twice each month and sings a mix of “traditional” anthems, modern arrangements, and global songs. Rehearsals are in the sanctuary and participation is open to all who are interested.

An indoor play experience in the fellowship hall for the whole community. We welcome toddlers through pre-kindergarteners and their favorite adult play partners. With plenty of room to run around and eight different activity centers, we can pretty much guarantee fun for everyone! Each of the two 45-minute sessions includes a 10-minute circle time, during which children and their adults join together for fun songs, finger plays, and stories.

Our gatherings offer a safe and secure place to share and support one another in love through all the joys and challenges of this busy stage of life.

LAE Food Box Distribution

Each Thanksgiving and Christmas season, we collect food items to share with our brothers and sisters of Luz, Alegria y Esperanza (LAE), a Spanish-speaking BIC congregation in York Springs that serves a largely migrant population. Join us to bring these items to the church. 

This year we are collecting these items:

- Bagged rice (1 lb. or 2 lbs.)
- Bagged beans (1 lb. or 2 lbs.)
- Boxed spaghetti (1 lb. or 2 lbs.)
- Canned Corn (14-16 oz)
- Canned Peas (14-16 oz)
- Canned Tomatoes (24-32 oz)
- Tortillas (50 count packages)
- $25 Giant or Walmart gift cards

Items will be collected in the family/library entrance from November 26 to December 9, when they will be taken to LAE and packed into boxes.
